In the current situation, Coronavirus or COVID-19 makes our lives tough or hard for us. This is especially more harmful to older adults or senior citizens.

Or you can teach your older adults how to use the grocery delivering apps so that they would not need to go outside.

Keep Your Hands Clean

Whatever you age, keeping your hand clean is a must. Everyone should wash their hands for at least 20 seconds. Wash your hands every time when you come in contact with outside things.

Be clean and hygienic

A clean and hygienic home or your room is a must and essential for the wellbeing and healthy life for older adults. During this COVID-19, regular house cleaning and sanitization to limit the chances of the virus. 

Not only the house but also the other things like tables, phones, chairs, doorknobs, switches, remotes, non-fabric chairs, etc keep them disinfected. And enjoy your quarantine time healthily.

Always Wear Masks

To keep yourself protected from the spread of the virus and illness, always wear a mask whether you’re going to a crowded place or you don’t feel symptomatic. 

Masks provide additional protection while in public spaces where social distancing is not possible.

Take care of Mental Health

Due to the Corona outbreak, many countries announced the nation lockdown for many days as per their national situation. 

In this lockdown, you need to take care of mental health because you can’t visit your loved ones and go for an outing. 

For being mentally fit, you need to give some time to your hobbies, eat healthy food, stay connected to your friends and relatives through social media and play some indoor games.
